About the position
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Events & Campaign Manager will be a key contributor in executing Harmonya’s go-to-market efforts across demand generation, content, events, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B marketing who thrives on variety, moves quickly, and wants to directly influence pipeline generation.
This is a high-impact execution role that supports our ability to scale what’s working and experiment with new initiatives. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to bring campaigns to life, support sales with personalized content, and manage the logistics and promotion of both digital and field events.
We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with operational excellence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and gain visibility into how demand is created, captured, and converted across a modern B2B funnel. This role offers exposure to every part of the marketing motion, and ownership over the pieces that make it run.

Responsibilities
- Events & Field Marketing
- Own logistics for webinars and field events: registration, reminders, follow-ups, and coordination with Sales
- Support Harmonya’s presence at 8–12 events per year, including booth planning, collateral, sales meeting bookings, and hosted dinners
- Manage post-event follow-up and attribution tracking to ensure a clean handoff to Sales
- Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Support campaign execution across paid channels, webinars, outbound email, and content
- Build and manage campaign components in HubSpot: lists, workflows, sequences, and reporting
- Work with the Director of Marketing to support ongoing testing and optimization
- Content Execution
- Draft outlines, gather source material, and collaborate on content assets like blogs, one-pagers, use case pages, and landing pages
- Localize and personalize existing content for verticals or personas (e.g. insights, ecommerce, marketing, category management)
- Help ensure that the content calendar supports active campaigns and events
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Experience executing demand gen campaigns, webinars, and field events
- Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills and comfort collaborating on content
- High accountability, attention to detail, and an action-oriented mindset
- Bonus: Experience in marketing to CPGs and/or retailers
